Obituary For Destiny N. Leece

Destiny N. Leece age 34 of Hamilton passed away Tuesday March 16, 2021. She was born February 2, 1987 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of Douglas Hacker and Sherry Leece. She was a member of the New Liberty United Baptist Church in Hamilton. Destiny is survived by her father Douglas (Trish) Hacker; her mother Sherry (Kenny) McIntosh; her son Grayson Wegg; paternal grandmother Vera Hacker; and six siblings Miranda Marcum, Heather Moore, Daniel (Heaven) Moore, Veronica (Anthony) Mitchell, Brittany Hacker, and Gage Hacker. Destiny is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers Johnny Leece and Douglas Hacker, Sr. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Thursday March 25, 2021 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Dennis Fields, officiating. I have so many wonderful memories of your birth and when you were a little girl. You were the little girl I didn't have and I loved spending time with you. I You may have outgrown me in a sense but we still shared our moments although most became our conversations over the internet just chatting or you informing me of how things would happen that you didn't agree with and would let me know because you knew I wouldn't like it either. I know you struggled later in life but I also know that there was so much more to you than your addiction. You were caring and very loving especially when it came to others. I am so proud of you Destiny and will always love you to the moon and back. Just knowing you can rest now and enjoy being with your "Papaw" again makes losing you a little less painful and a smile to my face.
