  • Jack - I know we lost touch over the years, but I always considered you a friend. We had a lot of great times together and I have memories I'll never forget. The trip to Windsor, going to the casinos, the bars in Oxford, etc. I'm lucky I got the chance to meet you and will never forget you man. Thanks for being a great friend. You will be missed.
