I'm so very sorry for the family's loss. I didn't know Kent personally, but always seen him working around outside his house, and he would always give the neighborhood kids suckers. Prayers to the family,.

We, the Hacker kids, (Jeanne, Mike and Melanie) grew up with all the Stapleton Family. In 1960, it was Marsha (Kent's sister) that started us in church @ New Miami Church of God in 1960. We were 5, 4 & 3 yrs. old. We sat on the front pew on the right side always. Then, it was so great when we got a bit older, that (Lora) Kent's sister. started playing Barbie's, so I (Melanie) would always run next door to play Barbie's with her. As the yrs. passed, Burton & then Kent started playing guitars & there was always the music. So many fond memories of ALL the Stapleton family. RIP Kent. Sending prayers, hugs and love to all.
