I did not know her, but reading about her DOB & DOD, it broke my heart. So so young to have been taken away. Prayers for the family and friends for peace, comfort and strength in Jesus name.

Mick was one of my best friends growing up. We met in kindergarten. We were in the same class for every year of elementary school, and due to our similar last names, we were always next to each other in the yearbook class lineups. We used to joke that it was a sign we were destined to be friends. She was intelligent, passionate, kind, and so strong. Her love for those she cared about was unparalleled. It was a honor to be her friend, even if it was so many years ago. Mick was truly a one of a kind, brilliant soul. Sending all my love to her family and friends in this trying time. - Sam Jones

Mick, you were the bright light on our freight team here at Home Depot. You were our November Associate of the Month. When I presented you with the award you were ecstatic saying" It's my birthday this month too!" I explained I needed to take her picture for the award wall and she said " Do I have to take a mugshot like the boys did?" I laughed. You were so happy and proud to supply your own picture. I couldn't wait to throw you a party to let you know how much you meant to us all here. You will forever be our November Associate of the Month as you left an imprint on our hearts as the hard working, quick witted, beautiful, funny, light on our team and we all miss you Mick. We will always miss you.

It pains me as a fellow rider to see one of our own taken too soon. Your family is receiving the prayers of a community that never forgets the fallen, and keeps their memory alive.
