  • For the years that I've known Neil I've always admired how much he loved his kids and how much his kids loved him and how many times he bragged about his wife Brenda and how much he loved her I want to offer my condolences to Brenda and his son and daughter I will miss you Neil Edward Smith

  • Neil was the consummate gentleman and one of the nicest people I ever had the opportunity to work with. We worked together for several years at VSS and it was always a joy no matter what the assignment. Rest In Peace my friend abs until we meet again, Gods speed Doug Robertson

  • During the years that I was fortunate enough to know Neil, I always found him to be dependable, dedicated, responsive and loyal. A good guy that you could share a laugh or confidence with, but who always took his responsibilities very seriously and made sure that he did his best to get the job done. He was a man that you could count on, and I did. I'm glad to have known him and I pray for Brenda and his family in their time of sorrow. – Mike Lyons

  • Neil had such love for all of his family, and my heart goes out to them now. It was endearing to hear him talk of memories of his parents as well. He enjoyed a good laugh and good food, and was also a good cook! I loved how he helped Brenda when she was having a rough day. He just seemed to take things in stride. Rest in peace, Neil.

  • We had some good times with the radio group and to dinners. Fly high Neil !

  • He had a heart of gold; when I look back on my childhood , almost all my favorite memories are with him. He had a way of letting you know you were loved and cared for without saying a word and always wanted to see a smile on your face. I truly owe so much of who I am to this man and it breaks my heart to see him go so soon. You will forever be loved and cherished, grandpa ❤️

  • Neil was a great man to work for. He took care of his people, he was a great role model to follow, May he rest in Heaven.

  • Neil was such an incredible person, he was dearly loved by my family, and will be greatly missed. He brought a joy to us all, his serious but playful demeanor was something I will always remember, our prayers and thoughts are with you Brenda and your family. He will be missed by all. Waun Family.

  • Neil was such an important part of Kenwood Towne Centre for so many years. Whether it was Crazy Hat Day, dealing with irrational guests, making chili dogs at St Rita's, or sitting with me to make sure the mall didn't implode on Y2K, he could always be counted on. Even many years later I always knew that if I had a real problem and called Neil, he would still be there. How many people can you say that about. Brenda, my sincere condolences to you and your family. He will be missed by many. Wanda WagnerTuriak
