Albert D. Davis

Albert D. Davis age 79 of Hamilton passed away Sunday August 5, 2018. He was born August 12, 1938 in London, Kentucky the son of the late Arthur and Ortie (nee Bailey) Davis. On November 28, 1964 in Jellico, Tennessee he married Elsie Carpenter. Mr. Davis was a veteran of the U. S. Army and worked for many years for the City of Hamilton. He loved fishing and pitching horseshoes. He was president of the Butler County Horseshoe Club and was active in the Hamilton Senior Citizens. He is survived by his wife Elsie Davis; two sons Jeffrey (Jane) Davis and Joseph (Nanci) Davis; two daughters Cindy (Marcus) Wallace and Carmen (Kevin) Hensley; seven grandchildren, Taylor, Holden, Adam, Adrianne, Tucker, Dara, and John. Mr. Davis was also preceded in death by his siblings John Davis, Mary Rose Steward, Carl Davis, and Eileen McWhorter. Visitation 5-8 PM Thursday at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield. The funeral service will be held at 2:30 PM Friday August 10, 2018 at the funeral home with Rev.
