Ambrose Hall

Ambrose Hall age 74 of Somerset, Kentucky passed away Friday October 26, 2018. He was born July 15, 1944 in Jackson, Kentucky the son of the late Coy and Alma Rae (nee Gross) Hall. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army achieving the rank of Specialist 5 and worked for many years at Southwestern Ohio Steel. Ambrose spent many winters in Okeechobee, Florida and summers in Somerset, Kentucky where he loved having a garden and canning things for his friends and family and hunting. He also loved University of Kentucky Wildcats basketball. More than anything he loved spending time with his family and his daughters whom he loved very much. They were the two things that he was most proud of and they will miss him more than he would ever know. Ambrose is survived by his wife Ola Hall; two daughters Roxana (Tim) Rice and Tanya (John) Curd; his former spouse Louise Hall; and five siblings Texas McIntosh, Tanzlea (Jim) Burnett, Brenda Turner, Anna Lou (Doug) Finley, and Barbara (Neil) Thomas A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday November 10, 2018 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 1:00 PM until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 PM.
