Barbara A. Chalk age 70 of Fairfield passed away on Wednesday April 18, 2018. She was born in Cincinnati on April 22, 1947 the daughter of the late George and Hazel (nee Sheperd) Hudson. On March 27, 1979 she married Louis “Paul” Chalk and he preceded her in death on February 10, 2017. She is survived by five children Chris (Jody) Chalk, Kerri (Steve) Frazier, Kasey (Scott) Rouse, Krista Gadzala, and Jeff (Kristen) Gadzala; eight grandchildren Daniel, Destiny, Ben, Megan, Josh, Kate, Ryan, and Noah; one great grandchild Olivia; one brother Bill (Donna) Hudson; and eleven nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters Geneva (Jay) Bernard and Janella (Skip) Busam.
