Barbara L. Lawyer

Barbara Lawyer age 86 of Fairfield passed away Sunday May 5, 2019 in her home. She was born May 10, 1932 in Washington, Indiana the daughter of the late John Robert and Ruth (nee Leonard) Wise. She was married to James Fredrick Lawyer and he preceded her in death on June 21, 2016. Mrs. Lawyer loved quilting, was an avid reader, and greatly enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a spiritual lady who grew up in the First Church of God. She was saved at the age of 5 and went to the altar with her mother. She enjoyed a personal relationship with her Lord and strove to have a pure heart. Mrs. Lawyer is survived by her three children Tambra (Alan) Mullins, James Brent (Loraine) Lawyer, and Kristina (Ron) Mitchell; seven grandchildren Ryan (Jessica) Bone, Renee (Ben) Moore, Andrea Price, Jama (Kar) Singh, James Jason (Melissa) Lawyer, Erik (Leah) Mitchell, and Angela (Chad) Taflinger, and fifteen great grandchildren.
