Barbara Price age 76 of Middletown passed away Tuesday September 14, 2021. She was born January 25, 1945 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of the late Jodie and Louella (nee Flunk) Burns. She is survived by her son Joseph Southard; sisters Jane Fitzwater, Diane (Robert) Brehm, and Joan (the late Thomas) Campbell; four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Barbara was also preceded in death by her son Thomas Southard, and siblings James Burns, Linda Whitaker, and John Burns.
