Brenda J Byrd

Brenda J. Byrd age 67 of Hamilton passed away Friday September 27, 2024 in her home. She was born July 18, 1957 in Spartanburg, South Carolina the daughter of the late Edward Carpenter and Flossie Shown Carpenter. Mrs. Byrd worked for the Fairfield City Schools and retired after over 20 years of service. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family and will be sadly missed by her large family and many friends. She is survived by her son Michael (Tina) Byrd, daughter Crystal Schneider, son Joe (Tiffany) Byrd; step son Danny (Chelsea) Tye; her significant other Johnny Tye; grandchildren Brent (Shelby) Byrd, Trevor Byrd, Jonathan Byrd, J.D. Schneider, Austin Byrd, Bella Schneider, Ava Byrd, Callie Tye, Laila Tye, and Sadie Tye; great grandchildren Madelyn, Colton, and Jameson; and her siblings Martha (Tom) Roche, Eddie (the late Darlene) Carpenter, Alvin (Renee) Carpenter, Mary (Bo) Wyatt, and Milton Carpenter. Mrs. Byrd is also survived by many nieces and nephews and was also preceded in death by her brother Charlie Maxwell. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Thursday October 3, 2024 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM with Pastor Joel Riehle officiating.
