Burns Givins Napier age 88 of Fairfield passed away on Thursday April 29, 2021. He was born on October 3, 1932 in Napfor, KY the son of the late Floyd and Mittie (nee Spencer) Napier. Burns was a veteran of the United States Army and was a superintendent for Fox Paper Co for over 34 years. He enjoyed golf, bowling, and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife of over 42 years Dianne Napier; four children Sandra (Michael) Long, Dale Napier, Gale (David) Hollins, and Mary (John) Adams; nine grandchildren Heather (Mik) Magdich, Rob (Danielle) Sipple, Steven Napier, Natalie Napier, David (Trina) Hollins Jr, Sarah (James) Farmer, Kyle (Courtney) Hollins, Rockie (Becky) Adams, and Tracy (Casey) Boyd; twenty-five great grandchildren; one special nephew Robert (Bertha) Napier; two nieces Louise Napier and Peggy Brewer. He also leaves behind many other family and close friends. He was also preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters. Visitation will be on Tuesday May 4, 2021 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4 Fairfield from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00PM with Pastor Barry Wilson officiating. Burial to follow in Oak Hill Cemetery with full military honors. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the American Lung Association.
