Charles H. Smith age 94 passed away Sunday March 30, 2020. He was born October 15, 1925 in Richmond, KY to the late Charles and Margaret (nee White) Smith. He is survived by his son Jerry (Pam) Rose; grandson Desmond Rose; siblings Ernie Smith, Liz Turner, Marie Barret and was also survived by many other family and friends.
