Charles L. Ramsey age 85 of Fairfield passed away on Saturday September 12, 2020. He was born on January 12, 1935 in Richmond, KY the son of Millard and Gracie (nee Hoskins) Ramsey. Charles was a veteran of the United States Army. He was married to Freda Ramsey and she preceded him in death in 2016. Charles is survived by his daughter Nancy Seay; his special friend Catherine Lamb. A graveside service will be held on Thursday September 17, 2020 at 12:00noon at Madison County Memorial Gardens in Richmond, KY.
