We met as teenagers. We stayed friends for half a century. In 25 years of marriage we created three wonderful children who are the best. We traveled to all the places she wanted to visit. But when asked which was her favorite place? Home and her children. Now that that she's gone, we know that at the end she was precisely where she wanted to be ... At home with her children. Your friend for life / Luis

I miss you mom. You were and are the best mom ever. Thank you for teaching me so much and for being so patient and loving. You were always so strong and you taught me to be strong. I'll always remember our trips to Florida together as a family and also we went together the last few years. We watched 90 Day Fianc and Ancient Aliens and I thought those shows were so silly. Well now I'd give anything to hug and kiss you and watch just one more show with you. You taught me to put family first. You will always be with me and I will always continue to keep you updated. I'll talk to you always because I know you are always with me. Love never dies. I love you mom! You are the best mom ever!

Chris was my best friend's mother. I will never forget how welcoming she was whenever I was over at her house. I still remember all the times she drove Jessica and I to school, high school football games and even took me to Disney World with her and Jessica. She always had a smile on her face and and always made me feel welcome. I will never forget your kindness and how much you loved your family.

Chris holds a very special place in our hearts. She was always very happy and full of energy. We will never forget the great times we shared in Chile when we first met. She was determined to learn Spanish. We will never forget the wonderful Thanksgiving meal she prepared for us when we first moved to the United States. Te Queremos much Chris, Leslie (uncle Pancho) and Zaira (tia Zaira)

Chris was my Jazzercise instructor. We became fast friends. She loved to have fun and laugh. She was always positive and upbeat. Always kind and generous to a fault. Chris was probably the best mother I have ever known. No doubt her children came before anything in her life. She was always there for them. I will miss her beautiful soul for the rest of my life.
