Clara Belle Vowell

Clara Belle Vowell age 91 of Hamilton passed away on Tuesday August 29, 2023. She was born on May 31, 1932 in Briceville, TN the daughter of the late Hobert and Rosa Mae (nee McMahan) Enix. Clara worked as a housekeeper for Fort Hamilton Hughes Memorial Hospital for many years then went on to work at the Butler County Care Facility as a housekeeper as well. Clara loved flowers, gardening, crochet, and fishing. She is survived by four daughters Rose (the late Jesse Harrison) Willis, Linda (Oral) Burke, Connie Vowell, and Janet (Adam) Partin; ten grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren with one great great grandchild on the way. She also leaves behind many other family and close friends, as well as her best buddy, her dog Bella. Clara was also preceded in death by her son Michael Vowell and three siblings. Visitation will be on Tuesday September 5, 2023 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00PM with Pastor Barry Wilson officiating.
