Danielle Nichole Wiley age 25 of South Lebanon, Ohio passed away Wednesday May 9, 2018. She was born February 22, 1993 in Warsaw, Indiana the daughter of Paul Wiley and Michelle Sizemore. Danielle was a 2012 graduate of Mason High School and was a licensed practical nurse. She is survived by her father Paul Wiley; her mother Michelle Sizemore; her daughter Emma; one brother Shawn Heaberlin, and grandparents Gail and Curtis Harper, and Larry Sizemore.
