Danny B. Clontz, left our world on October 16, 2020 He was born in Mt. Vernon, KY November 23, 1947 the son of the late Earl Clontz & Betty Perciful (Schubert) He married his beloved wife Jill A. (Ward) Clontz on Dec.15, 1969 who died in March of 2006. He graduated from Garfield High School in 1965 and then went to proudly serve our country in the US Marine Corps in Vietnam until 1968. Semper Fi. He went on to be on the Presidents list of Southern Ohio College and then the Dean’s list of Miami University in 1977. He worked for many years as a steward for the M.M.A.S. and the Eagles # 407 and eventually retired from the Honeywell Corp. He was an avid darter and a member of the Traveling Club Dart League that his wife started with his friend Jackie Simpson. He was a member of the F.O.E. #407 and was currently serving as trustee of the F.O.E. #3986. He also enjoyed golfing and going on golf trips with all of his buddies. He is survived by his daughter Pamela (Scott) Isaacs and grandson Andrew J. Harrell, both of Hamilton, his Step Father Lee Schubert & Step Mother Irene Clontz, one sister Kathy (Rob) Quick, nephews Michael, Robert, Matthew & Daniel of Hamilton, OH, Brother-in-Law Jack (Dixie) Ward of Jacksonville, FL, nephew Todd Ward of NC & niece Randi Winkler of Hamilton, OH, Aunt Pat Gibbs of Columbus, OH, Uncle Wendell (Linda) Clontz of TX, beloved cousins Lois Hamm of Versailles, KY and Charles Hensley of Tucson, AZ, and longtime family friend Barbara Moss, along with many other great nieces & nephews, cousins, and many friends that loved him like family. He was preceded in death by his adoring Grandmother Bettsann ”Mammy” Hensley, loving Grandparents Fred & Gladys Clontz, Aunt Reba (Clontz) Southard, Uncle Frank Hensley and Nephew Ryan Ward. Military Honors will take place at 12NOON Friday October 30, 2020 at Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum. The Webster Funeral Home, Fairfield, is serving the family.
