Douglas Smith

Douglas Smith age 50 of Brookville, Indiana passed away Sunday May 26, 2019 at McCullough Hyde Hospital in Oxford. He was born January 28, 1969 in Hamilton, Ohio the son of Rita (nee Engle) Smith and the late Leonard Smith. Mr. Smith enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid deer hunter. He is survived by his wife Tracy Smith; his mother Rita Smith; one son Jordan Smith; one daughter Tara Smith, and one brother Earl Smith. He was also preceded in death by his son Caleb Smith. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Friday May 31, 2019 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM, with Mr. Dwight Engle, officiating.
