Edward C. "Hippie" Schulz

Edward C. “Hippie” Schulz age 74 of Hamilton passed away peacefully on Tuesday July 20, 2021 at his home surrounded by family. Edward was born on March 9, 1947 in Cincinnati the son of the late Kurt and Genevieve (nee Sitzman) Schulz. Edward was a 1965 graduate of Roger Bacon High School and then went on to D. Russell Lee’s Cabinet Making program which he completed. He worked for Formica for 48 years before retiring. Edward was a lifelong member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church but recently became a member of Fairfield Church of the Nazarene after several years of attending. Edward married Brenda Kellem on October 11, 1969. He is survived by his loving wife of over 51 years, Brenda Schulz; four children Anthony (Tuk) Schulz, Nina Solomon, Scott Schulz, and Nicole Schulz; one grandson who he adored Ethan Solomon; two siblings Betty Buckshorn, and Rick Schulz. Visitation will be on Saturday July 24, 2021 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 3:00PM until the time of the funeral at 4:00PM with Pastor Larry Dinkins, Sr. officiating.
