Frances E. Brown age 76 of Seven Mile passed away Saturday August 10, 2019 in her home. She was born August 6, 1943 in New Vienna, Ohio the daughter of the late Joseph and Sally (nee Smith) Tuggle. She was married to Harold L. Brown and he preceded her in death in 1999. Mrs. Brown was the beloved mother of Tony (Tina) Deatherage, the late Timothy Deatherage, Tracy (Michelle) Deatherage, and Tyran (Tresa Rose) Deatherage; grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 6. She was also preceded in death by her siblings. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Friday August 16, 2019 from 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Barry Wilson, officiating.
