Frances Stipe

Frances Stipe age 84 of Middletown took her final journey to her final eternal home in heaven on Tuesday December 19, 2023. She was born on December 9, 1939 in Lee County, KY the daughter of the late Andrew and Edna (nee Olinger) McQuinn. Frances was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church and retired from Burrows Paper Company after many years of service. She was married to Robert F. Stipe and he preceded her in death in 2002. Frances is survived by one son Jeff (Kimberly) Stipe; three grandchildren Chris (Destiny) Stipe, Bethany (Samuel) Edwin, and Jonah Davis; six great grandchildren Connor Stipe, Logan Stipe, Anna Stipe, Abel Stipe, Christopher Stipe Jr, and Lazarus Edwin; two siblings Darlene (Terry) Shingler and Jerry (Ruthanne) Charles. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. Frances was also preceded in death by her daughter Tina Stipe; three brothers Fred McQuinn, Jeff McQuinn, and Charley McQuinn. Her celebration of life will be private. THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery in Milan, IN at a later date.
