Gary J. Fultz age 71 of Middletown passed away on Tuesday March 15, 2022. He was born on June 15, 1950 in Frenchburg, KY the son of the late Burdette and Julie (nee Jones) Fultz. Mr. Fultz was a self-employed truck tire repairman and enjoyed riding motorcycles. He is survived by his wife Cassy Fultz; three children Angel (Donnie) Henry, Amy Fultz, and Row (Ashley) Fultz; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren with one on the way; two brothers Merle (Clarissa) Fultz and Earl Fultz; eight sisters Fran Caudill, Ruth (Paul) Mullins, Josephine (Brian) Cantrell, Rita Fultz, Becky (Joe) Mullins, Jane Fultz, Sheila Fultz, and Hannah Fultz. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family and close friends. He was also preceded in death by two brothers Mac Fultz and Joe Fultz and one sister Mary Brunner. Visitation will be on Monday March 21, 2022 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00PM.
