Gary W. Mounce

Gary W. Mounce age 74 of Fairfield Township passed away Monday December 7, 2020. He was born October 26, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late James and Gertie (nee Phelps) Mounce. Mr. Mounce was a 30 year veteran of the U. S. Navy. He worked for several years as a mechanic for Queen City Metro. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, was a member of the Champion Camper Club, and served as a Deacon at the Zion Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Wanda Mounce; one son Chris (Jen) Mounce; one daughter Jennifer (Tim) Hormann; six grandchildren Jaden, Logan, Addison, Peyton, Brayden, and Colton; and one sister Glenda (Truman) Prewitt. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Saturday December 12, 2020 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Lamon Hubbs, officiating.
