Helen E. Godbey age 88 of Liberty Township passed away Tuesday February 11, 2020. She was born May 5, 1931 in Science Hill, KY to the late Charles and Pearl (nee Farmer) Phillips. On November 17, 1949 in Erlanger, KY she married Harold W. “Bill” Godbey and he preceded her in death on May 24, 2013. Mrs. Godbey worked in Sales at Sears for many years. She is survived by her four children Linda Clouse, Joyce (Denny) Meier, Larry (Karen) Godbey, and Judy (Jim) Donley; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one brother Glenn (Dolly) Phillips; two sisters Charlene Pagay and Brenda (Joe) Christy. Visitation at Springdale Nazarene Church 11177 Springfield Pike Springdale, OH 45246 Monday February 17, 2020 from 11:30AM until the time of the funeral service at 1PM with Pastor Marshall Duke officiating. Burial to follow in Arlington Memorial Gardens.
