Hilda F. (Sowder) Parks age 83 of Hamilton went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday November 30, 2023. She was born on January 27, 1940 in Hamilton the daughter of the late Fay and Louise (nee Ramsey) Sowder. Hilda worked at Ohio Casualty for many years. Mrs. Parks was a lifetime member of The Church of God of the Union Assembly and worked as the church clerk for over 40 years. She is survived by her loving husband of over 67 years Jerry Parks; two sons Rocky (Amy) Parks and Scott (Tika) Parks; eleven grandchildren Mikina (Dave) Condra, Tiffany (Enrico Tait) Cassell, Chad (Ally) Hoskins, Cameron (Sarah) Hoskins, Ashley (the late Ryan) Pratt, Haylee Parks, Sydney Parks, Michael (Renea) Parks, Eric (Kori) Parks, Justin Hedden, and Jacob Hedden; fifteen great grandchildren; two brothers Brent (Anita) Sowder and Marvin (Joan Dooley) Sowder. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. She was also preceded in death by two children Regina Hoskins and Gregory Parks; two brothers Harold Sowder and Rondel Sowder. THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family. Visitation will be on Saturday December 9, 2023 at The Church of God of the Union Assembly 1814 Millville Ave 45013 from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00PM with Pastor Trey Starnes officiating.
