Jack Lee Fields

Jack Lee Fields, age 72 born November 10, 1945 to Homer and Geneva (Barker) Fields and husband of Mary Ann (Ashcraft) Fields, passed away on Saturday August 18, 2018 at his home in West Liberty, Kentucky. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and retired from GE Aircraft Corporation in Evendale, Ohio. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Michael Fields of Hamilton, Ohio; and three brothers Dale Fields of Germany, Ed Fields of Fairfield, Ohio, and Vaden Fields of Middletown, Ohio. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by a daughter Tina Marie Fields. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5-7 PM at Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home, 289 S. Main Street, Winchester, KY., 40391. Graveside services with military honors will be conducted on Thursday August 23, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton, Ohio.
