James J. Cunagin

James J. Cunagin age 73 of Fairfield passed away Wednesday August 29, 2018. He was born July 15, 1945 in Jackson County, Kentucky the son of Lillie (Flannery) Cunagin and the late Curt Cunagin. James worked as an assembler at the Ford Motor Company. He is survived by his mother Lillie Ward; his three children Melissa (Patrick) Owens, James (Rhonda) Cunagin, and Patricia (Josh) Barclay; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren, and three sisters Peggy Angel, Patty Brewer, and Sandra Young. James was also preceded in death by his brother David Cunagin. Visitation on Wednesday September 5, 2018 at the Fairfield Church of God, 6001 Dixie Highway, Fairfield from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Roger Hurst, Rev. Josh Willis, Rev. Dema Lee, and Pastor Patrick Owens, officiating. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
