Janet Loutisha Herr

Janet Loutisha Herr age 76 of Fairfield passed away on Wednesday July 28, 2021. She was born on November 21, 1944 in Hamilton the daughter of the late Arvie and Della Crouch. Janet dedicated her life caring for people with special needs and underprivileged kids around the area. She was a caregiver her whole life and was always there for her family and friends. She is survived by five children Marsha (Marshall) Carr, Renee (Joseph) Matthews, Ron (Anita) Noe, Bobbie (Keith) Moore, and Crystal (Rob) Herr; one sister Esther “Jeanie” Miles; many many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. She was also preceded in death by one son Randall Lee Carrington; one granddaughter Lauren Nicole Herr; five siblings Arvie “June” Crouch Jr, Geneva “Teet” Stacey, Lorretta “Faye” Moore, Happy “Chan” Crouch, and Ann “Tootsie” Brashear. Janet was also preceded in death by her lifelong best friend Pat Payne Smith. Visitation will be on Monday August 2, 2021 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00PM with Pastor Dennis Fields officiating.
