He was born on November 11, 1933, to the late Jospeh Heckler and Charlotte (Thompson) Justice in Cincinnati, Ohio. Joe is survived by his wife, Mary Jo Heckler of 65 years; daughters, Leslie (John) Sabelhaus and Dianne (Joel Pieper) Heckler; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
