Joyce Powers

Joyce Powers age 85 of Fairfield passed away on Monday September 18, 2018. She was born in Leslie County, KY the daughter of the late Leslie and Lucy (nee Eversole) Sellars. Joyce was married to Jack Powers and he preceded her in death on March 31, 2018. Joyce was a longtime member of Hope Baptist Church. Joyce is survived by four children Jack (Sue) Powers Jr, Bert (Sophie) Fugate, Judy Ann Fugate, and Charlie (Charlene) Fugate; one brother; three sisters; as well as many other nieces, nephews and other family. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Brenda Sams. Visitation will be at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Friday September 21, 2018 from 12:00PM until the time of the funeral at 1:00PM with Pastor Steve Hall officiating.
