Kemesia Lefevers age 78 of Hamilton passed away on Wednesday October 2, 2019. She was born on September 20, 1941 in Banner Elk, NC the daughter of the late John and Virginia (nee Byers) Smith. In 1958 she married Richard Pearl Lefevers. She is survived by her loving husband of over 61 years Richard Pearl Lefevers; two children Pam (Jerry) Neese and Richard Scott (fiancé Kimberly Ritter) Lefevers; six grandchildren Amanda Hicks, Matthew Lefevers, Megan Lefevers, Daniel Lefevers, Justin Lefevers, and Lindsay Rupp; 10 great grandchildren Kelsey, Krysalin, Kylee, Alexis, Madison, Maci, Danny Paul, Ashlynn, Nickolas, and Jeremie; two sisters Norma Brunner-Logsdon and Claudine Scragg. She was also preceded in death by six siblings Mildred Byers, Everett Smith, Juanita Smith, Joe Smith, Jim Smith, and Pete Smith.
