Kent R. Wagner age 75 passed away Saturday August 6, 2022. He was born March 1, 1947 in Cincinnati the son of the late Peter and Vivian (nee Fisse) Wagner. He was preceded in death by his sister Dora (nee Daley). Kent was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He served from July, 1966 to July, 1969. During the Vietnam War he was stationed in Okinawa and then was on a ship in the Mediterranean Sea. He worked for Anthem for 38 years working his way up from a mail clerk to a Senior Programmer Analyst. Kent enjoyed music, music trivia, paying his guitar, playing golf, and watching TV. He had a lot of political solutions and voiced them to anyone who would listen. In his younger years he enjoyed being a coach to his boys in baseball and soccer. He also was the unofficial videographer for the Roger Bacon Band during the years Greg was a member. He also enjoyed watching his grandkids play the same sports whenever he was able to go to games. Kent is survived by his wife Linda (nee Hahn) Wagner; two sons Greg Wagner and Brad (Kimberly) Wagner; and three grandchildren Owen, Elise, and Nolan. A Celebration of Life for Kent will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the American Heart Association.
