Lajoyce Sheffield

Lajoyce Sheffield age 76, of Forest Park, Ohio passed away on Monday, August 19, 2024. She was born on August 21, 1948, to the late Archie and Susie. Lajoyce is survived by her many cousins, family and many friends. Lajoyce was a greeter at Animal Care Center of Fairfield, she also worked for Applebee’s. Lajoyce never met a stranger and made everyone smile. She always had a helping hand and was ready to share. She loved singing and listening to old county music and loved her dogs, Jessie and Sam. Lajoyce will be greatly missed by her family and friends who have helped her, came to visit her, and always made her feel loved. She had an army of people who enjoyed taking her dogs on walks. Lajoyce was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Susie; her brother, Leo Washington and her cousin, Sadie Miller. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way, at Rt.4 Fairfield, from 5:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 6:00 PM with Pastor Barry Wilson officiating.
