Larry W Bowlin

Larry W. Bowlin age 74, passed away peacefully on Saturday January 8, 2022 with his family by his side. He was born to Lawrence and Virginia Bowlin on June 21, 1947 in Richmond, KY. He graduated high school from Madison County in 1965. Larry was drafted to the United States Army in 1966.LArry worked for Roadway Express for 31 years and retired in August of 1999. He was a member of the Hamilton West Side Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Marsha Bowlin; daughters Amy (Jeff) Bowling, Tammy (Brandon) Felix; stepdaughter Stacy (David) Richards; grandchildren Jessica (Brian) Robinson, Jeremy Foster, Zach Bowling and Tayler Felix; and step grandchildren Josh Richards, Nick Richards and Jennifer Richards. He was loved by all who received him and enjoyed life to the fullest. Salt life was his happy place and he loved fishing. An amazing man who will be missed by all who loved him. A celebration of life service with full military honors will be held at the Dayton National Cemetery on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 11:00AM.
