Lisa L. Ledger

Lisa L. Ledger age 58 of Trenton, OH passed away on December 16th 2020 at her residence in the early morning surrounded by loved ones. She was born on December 7th 1962, the oldest of 5 children in Hamilton Ohio to Morgan & Florena (Riley) Hensley. Lisa was a graduate of Edgewood High School and went on to get her cosmetology license. She spent most of her career managing the Fiesta in Oxford, OH where she was loved by so many of her regular clients. In fact, it was one of those clients that would later introduce Lisa to her future husband and love of her life. Lisa married Chris Ledger in May of 2000 until death separated them in 2011. Lisa was spunky and passionate about anything or anyone she believed in and had a great love for her family and friends. Once you met her you would never forget her! Lisa loved her family unconditionally. She was an advisor to her siblings (regardless if they wanted that advice or not) and a source of comfort and strength to her family. Lisa was an untrained expert in medicine who believed laughter truly was the best medicine. She was a proud wife and mother but most proud of her grandchildren. Lisa is survived by her mother Florena Payne, 2 sons Dustin (Angie) Hensley and Derrick (fiancé Brenda Cook) Blevins; 1 step daughter Christy (Byron Guenthner) Ledger; 5 grandchildren Jackson and Jagger Hensley, Johnathan Rouse, Hunter and Derrian Ledger; Her sister and best friend Sheila (Jeff) Markland; 2 brothers Doug (Nikki) Hensley and Paul (Melissa) Hensley; 1 half-sister Beverly Collins; 2 step sisters Darla Payne and Dianne Garrison and many, many nieces and nephews who each one held a special place in her heart. Lisa was preceded in death by her Father Morgan Hensley, sister Chrissy Caudill, Father Paul Payne and twin brothers, Morgan Duane and Carl Eugene Hensley. A celebration of life will be held on December 22, 2020 at Fairfield Church of God, 6001 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH.
