He is survived by his loving wife of 63-years, Bonny Lou Francois (McGuire), his children Michelle Nichols (Wayne), Melissa and Michael (Regina), his grandchildren Griffin Francois and James Bryan (JB) Fulton and his brothers, Donald (Teresa), Dale (Lucy), Phillip (Phyllis), Kenneth (Rebecca), and sister Norma Smith.

Lowell was born in Centralia, Il on January 20, 1937. He attended Salem High School where he graduated in 1955. After graduation, he married the love of his life, Bonny Lou McGuire on August 23, 1958. He was an avid golfer all of his life and participated in many golf tournaments over the years, including the Shark Shoot-Out in Naples, Fl on several occasions. Lowell and Bonny belonged to Beckett Ridge Country Club for over 43-years, enjoying countless rounds of golf together. They both loved to entertain family and friends in their home on the 17th green. Lowell was a loving grandfather and he could always be found cheering his grandsons on whether on the golf course, soccer field or basketball court. He never missed an opportunity to be with his family and celebrate life.

Lowell had a long successful career owning and operating a bank equipment manufacturing facility and even after retirement continued as a manufacturer's rep. He organized the annual golf outing each year for their annual convention. He was well known for over 40 years for his dedication and loyalty to the industry.

Lowell's mantra was to live each day to the fullest. He had a love and appreciation for life and it showed. He was an example to all of us!
