Mary L. Johnson age 89 of Hamilton passed away on Sunday October 20, 2018. She was born on April 17, 1929 in Hamilton the daughter of the late Thomas M. and LaVauda (Deering) James. She graduated from Hamilton High School and went on to work at Beckett Paper Co. She married Wade Johnson on February 3, 1962 and he preceded her in death in 2012. She is survived by four children Steve (Sandy) Dees, Nancy Dees, Kerry (Taria) Dees, and Cynthia Rotte; two step children Eva Johnson and Kenneth Johnson; thirty one grandchildren; twenty five great grandchildren; eleven great great grandchildren; three sisters Betty Herzog, Eva Baker, and Loretta Pennington. She was also preceded in death by one daughter Linda Dees; one grandson Dustin Dees; one granddaughter Kelly Stumpf; five brothers Delmar James, Don James, George Cliff James, Thomas James, and Chris James; and one sister Diane Scott. Visitation will be on Wednesday October 24, 2018 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 12:00pm until the time of the funeral at 1:00pm with Pastor Dan Knisley officiating.
