Maynard Bates, Jr.

Maynard Bates, Jr. age 41 of Fairfield passed away Friday November 2, 2018. He was born July 18, 1977 in Hamilton, Ohio the son of Betty Lovins Bates and the late Maynard Bates, Sr. Mr. Bates worked as an auto mechanic. He was married to Maggie Bates and she preceded him in death. He is survived by his mother Betty Bates; three children Corey H. Bates, Shelby Ann Bates, and Ian Bates; step son Devin Byrd; three sisters Debbie Barnett, Deborah (Tim) Harlen, and Donna Sue Hamburger. Mr. Bates is also survived by many other family members and his special friend. He was also preceded in death by his sister Dee Bates. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Monday November 19, 2018 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM, with Rev.
