Melanie S. Embry

Melanie S. Embry age 69 of Hamilton passed way Wednesday January 12, 2022. She was born December 11, 1952 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of the late Norbert and Dorothy (nee Kellum) Clendenin. Mrs. Embry was a graduate of Fairfield High School. She enjoyed traveling, camping, her dogs, and the ocean. She had an extensive collection of Boyd’s Bears. Melanie enjoyed Cincinnati Reds baseball, computer games, Ice cream and being a mother. She loved her Beagle dogs, motor home trips, and spending time with family and friends. Her main passion was shopping and she loved to surprise family and friends with gifts. Her love as a mother, wife, grandmother, and friend will be greatly missed. She always was available to help, to take a phone call and to listen or to give advice on just about anything in life. On vacation she called the Tennessee mountains and the Florida sand her home. She is survived by her husband David Embry; one son Jeremy (Jennifer) Embry; three grandchildren, Mason, Mackenzie, and Tristan; and siblings Dwight (Karen) Clendenin, Sheila (the late Gene) Covello, and the late Karen (Buddy) Sutton. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Wednesday January 19, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Peter Larson, officiating.
