Nellbertia Baker of West Chester passed away at the age of 81. She was a devoted Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. She is survived by her daughter Amber R. Mann and Grandson Anthony J. (Kayla Koth) Jackson of West Chester, OH; one great grandson Keegan; niece Veneshia “Neisha” (Rick) Moles of Rickman TN. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 37 years James E. Baker, her parents Mable and Wade Sherill of Livingston TN; son Bobby Wade Kyle; siblings Commell (Sherill) White, Collene (Sherill) Gore, Bud Sherill, Ann (Sherill) Scheving and Larry Sherill. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, other family and close friends. Nellbertia enjoyed her life to include days of fishing and many evenings of reading books and watching her favorite westerns. She enjoyed doing her yard work, planting and take of her flowers, and spending time with her neighbors. But the most joy of her life was her family. She was the most thoughtful, unselfish and caring person you could ever meet. She always thought of others before herself, but she was also a “red headed” spitfire hillbilly from Tennessee and was proud to tell you that she loved her heritage and that is how she wanted to be remembered. Visitation will be on Thursday September 22, 2022 at WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield from 5:00PM until the time of the memorial service at 6:00PM with Pastor Dennis Burns officiating.
