Nita M. Johnson

Nita M. Johnson age 84 of Fairfield Township passed away Thursday June 7, 2018. She was born April 1, 1934 in Morris, Illinois the daughter of the late Raymond and Frances (nee Danielson) Hansen. Mrs. Johnson worked for Upjohn Pharmaceutical for several years. She was a member of the Second Reformed Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan and also sang in the choir. She is survived by her husband Herbert G. Johnson; three children Darrell R. Johnson of Seattle, Washington, Marilyn Johnson Aardema of Fairfield, Ohio, and Brian (Betty) Johnson of South Haven, Michigan; four grandchildren Lauren (Ryan) Van de Velde, Kelly Aardema, and Monica and Stephanie Johnson, and one great grandson, Nolan Van de Velde. A memorial service for Mrs. Johnson will be held at a later date at the family’s convenience. If desired, sympathy may be expressed by memorial contribution to Hospice of Cincinnati.
