Paul Freeman age 87 of Hamilton passed away in his home on Thursday July 16, 2020. He was surrounded by his wife and family at the time of his passing. He was born on September 11, 1932 in Hamilton the son of the late Thomas and Anna (nee Estes) Freeman. Paul retired from Champion International after many years of service and was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. Paul was a longtime member of North Fairfield Baptist Church. He married Vivian Johnson in 1951. Paul is survived by his loving wife of over 68 years Vivian Freeman; two sons Douglas (Debbie) Freeman and Donald (Kimberly) Freeman; seven grandchildren Jason (Jenny) Freeman, Brooke (David) Tarvin, Bryan Freeman, Aaron (Heather) Freeman, Lacey Scott, David Johnson and Bruce Slade; nineteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family and close friends. He was also preceded in death by four siblings Tom Freeman, Carl Freeman, Ed Freeman, and Viola Freeman.
