Philip A. Tetsuwari

Philip Anthony (Tony) Tetsuwari, age 62 of Fairfield, Ohio passed away at his home, January 10, 2018. He was born on August 18, 1955 in New York, New York the son Jimmie and the late Philip Tetsuwari. He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Cameron Tetsuwari, his two step-sons, Michael and Brandon Thomason, his mother, Jimmie A. Tetsuwari (Hall), and brother, Christopher K. Tetsuwari. He was preceded in death by his father, Philip A. Tetsuwari, and his sister, Terry Goetz (Tetsuwari). Tony was a nuclear physicist, which took him to many locations in the US, Canada, and the Middle East. He had recently retired and was looking forward to spending time with friends and family and pursuing his hobbyist interests in travel, cars, and boats. Tony was best known for his sense of humor, kindness, and intellect. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you make donations in Tony's name to: American Heart Association.
