Phyllis Ann Blust

Phyllis Ann Blust, age 71, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio, on October 11, 1952 to the late Arthur and Eloise (nee Cann) Brown. Phyllis is survived by her husband, Rick Blust; her children, Kim (Mike) Seybold, Kevin (Beige) Broyles, and Travis (Misty) Blust; grandchildren, Lillian, Brynna, Journey, Eloise, Cora, Spencer, Sylas, Simon, and Saylor; her siblings, Patty (Ron) Quackenbush, Penny (Pat) Westrick and Raymond (Jenny) Brown; her best friend of 55 years Patty (Steve) Luttrell, her many nieces, nephews and cousins and her beloved dog, Sam. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Eloise Brown; her daughter, Jessica (Blust) Phelps; her brother, Jeff Brown and her brother in law Ron Quackenbush. Phyllis loved traveling the world, reading and most of all her family. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. To know Phyllis was to love her. Her spirit would light up any room she entered and once she was there, fun was sure to follow. She always knew what to say and how to say it, and gave the best advice. She had a way of making you feel like you were the most important person in the room and always put others' needs above her own. She was the glue that held us all together and to say she will be missed would be an understatement. A visitation will be held at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way, Fairfield at Rt4, on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 9:30 AM until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 AM.
