Rachael P. Cheek age 22 of Fairfield passed away Thursday July 8, 2021. She was born April 29, 1999 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Christopher Wayne Cheek and the late Melissa Cheek. Rachael is survived by her father Christopher Wayne Cheek; one daughter Mia Marie Cheek-Dean; three sisters Samantha Cheek, Taylor (Brandon) Tirey, and Hannah Cheek; one brother Jonathan Cheek; grandparents Linda and Paul Mulholland and Anne McKewen; aunts and uncles Alison Mulholland, John Flint, Rhonda Cheek, and Andy Cheek, and many cousins. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Thursday July 15, 2021 from 5:00 PM until the time of the Memorial Service at 7:00 PM.
