Rachel Lee Spitznagel

Rachel Lee Spitznagel age 32 of Colerain Township passed away Wednesday May 25, 2022. She was born August 7, 1989 in Oxford, Ohio. On September 2, 2015 she married James Spitznagel. Rachel was a 2007 graduate of Colerain High School and attended Northern Kentucky University. She worked as a health care recruiter for Truestaff and also operated Rachel Lee Photography. She enjoyed spending time with her family and outdoor activities. She truly loved her son and daughter and they were her world. Rachel is survived by her husband James Spitznagel; two children Lucas and Macy; her mother Melissa McVey; stepfather Richard McVey; her father Michael Mullen; grandparents Don and Merleen Ruby, Sue and Denny Mullen, and Vivian Williams; sister Cassie Mullen; and two stepbrothers Danny (Nancy) Peters and Shane McVey. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Thursday June 2, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Rob Rosenbalm, officiating.
