Rachel R. Sturgill age 22 passed away Sunday November 25, 2018 at Fort Hamilton Hospital. She was born February 2, 1996 in Hamilton, Ohio. She worked as an aide in the health care field. Rachel is survived by her father Jason (Jessika) Sturgill; her mother Natalie Brown; two children Lily and Melina; siblings Ryan Brown, Desiree Payne, Paige Sturgill, Cara Payne, Mariah Sparks, and Alexis Sturgill, and grandparents Louise Sturgill, Bonnie Brown, and Zina Mejia.
