Robert Scholle

Robert Scholle, MSGT, Retired, US ARMY age 86 of Fairfield passed away on Friday October 5, 2018. He was born on January 10, 1932 in Cincinnati the son of the late Frank and Eunice (nee Fry) Scholle. He was a veteran of the United States Army of 40 years and retired from the military. MSGT Scholle was life member of the VFW, 37th DAV, American Legion #194 and NWA. Robert was also a member of the Buckeye Retirees Assoc where he published a monthly newsletter since 1993. He also was a leader of Boy Scouts of America for many years ensuring that a generation of young boys had access to adventure and challenges. He was preceded in death by his wife Fujiko Scholle in 2015. MSGT Scholle leaves behind four children; one step daughter Betty (Don) Morningstar; two step granddaughters Crystal (Chad) Cummings and Nichol DeRonde; three step great grandchildren Brittney DeRonde, Kyle Cummings, and Amber Bond; and two great great granddaughters Teagan Collins and Dreama DeRonde. Services will be at 6:30 PM on Tuesday October 16, 2015 at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield.
