Samuel C. Howard

Samuel C. Howard age 86 of Cincinnati passed away Friday December 4, 2020. He was born January 30, 1934 in Harlan County, Kentucky the son of the late Wilse and LuSinda (Payne) Howard. Mr. Howard attended Blackstar Schools in Harlan County, Kentucky. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and was a member of the Free Holiness Church of God in Sharonville. He was married to Margie Howard and she preceded him in death in 2017. Mr. Howard is the beloved father of Tammy Speer and the late Samuel (Diane) Howard; grandfather of Angie (Ricky) McCane and Amanda (Bobby) Davis; great grandfather of Rebecca McCane and Jacob Davis; brother of Colleen Spence; and best friend and uncle of Ernie Howard.
